highly recommend! We recently bought our 1st home and discovered the gas boiler wasn’t working so had a new boiler installed. Communication was great, installation was fast we never had a gas boiler before so Eddie answered every question I had & provided videos etc to assist us when using it! We are really grateful for everything he done for us & Will be using in the future for services etc.

I had Edd out on sat 27/01/24 to replace my boiler. Firstly he squeezed me in two days earlier than book, he arrive on time and worked with no breaks until the job was completed (I did offer coffee/tea and even a bacon bap). Our heating has never felt this good. Would recommend Edd to anyone and everyone Brilliant service, thanks Edd

Contacted Ebm online after recommendation by previous customer. Engineer was here within an hour. He introduced himself and explained the situation. The work was completed withon another hour. Boiler is runnng very well and i was very pleased with the service.Many thanks and I would recommend this company to anyone
