Friendly, professional, efficient service, gives good advice too! Online booking/payment system really handy to pick a slot that suits your schedule, Eddie also texts prior to arrival. Second time using Ebm for gas bolier service, happy to recommend 👌

Eddie has been doing my yearly boiler check for years now and he's a lovely guy, very efficient and no nonsense and happy to answer any questions or address concerns in a professional manner. The new online booking system is fantastic to me as I'm the kind who finds that easiest. Would highly recommend for any gas related issues.
